Description

When using a SimObject as ground polygon (e.g. for overlays or complete ground scenery), some flickering against the terrain mesh will occur when moving up vertically. To counteract this, the ground polygon SimObject must be moved up. This will happen when the user-aircraft climbs through the threshold altitude.

The ground polygon will be moved down to its initial level when the user-aircraft descends through the threshold altitude.
