Hello
The filename in Windows/Install is purely random for every machine/every install. To identify your (cached) SODE v1.3 install package, you can use the trick outlined here: http://csi-windows.com/blog/all/27-csi-news-general/334-identifying-cached-msi-packages-in-cwindowsinstaller-without-opening-them
I just used the property “authors”, which gave me 12bPilot as a result. Most probably, you’ll find two entries belonging to 12bpilot, that’s one for 1.3 and one for the 1.4. Use the date property to get the 1.3 version, which was created December 2 2015.
I created a little batch file here http://sode.12bpilot.ch/temp/SODE13_Remove.bat. Just replace the random msi name there with the one you just identified.
Right-click the batch file and run as admin, this should remove 1.3 finally. Alternatively, you can open a command-line windows with admin rights and type in the commands from the batch file manually.
I’d reinstall V1.4.0 after successfull removal of V1.3 then…
Hope this helps.
