At this time i use Sode 1.6.3.
How must i install Version 1.64
Deinstall 1.6.3 or install 1.6.4 over 1.6.3

You can install 1.6.4 over the old one. The installer takes care of a previous version (uninstall it).
When installing SODE should it be going into program files (86) folder? I have noticed a lot of app crashes of SODE causing a CTD.

It’s the default recommended location. But you can put it anywhere you want.
App Crashes? Which Sim? AI Traffic detection enabled? SODE.log?
