    Hello,

I’ve recently updated to SODE 1.7.0 and since then majority of the objects that go through EDP are not loading anymore. They are defined in the client list though. The log states the following line.

[13:51:52.541] ERROR SODE.XML : Environmental Data Probe SimObject ‘JustSim_Windsock_EDP’ must have absolute value for altitude, not AGL! EDP not added!

This is happening with almost all addons that use EDP. Thanks!

Just as the log says, that data probe object itself must be set to an absolute altitude like 1234,56 and not 12#AGL. The latter has lead to a program crash in certain circumstances in the past. Easy fix in the xml for the developers.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that only the EDP requires an absolute altitude, and not the linked simobjects? I’ll update my xml’s to work this way.

Yes, correct. The linked objects can still be defined as AGL.
