Hi, since a few days I have a problem: At every Sode-supported airport there are suddenly no jetways to be seen. <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>None of my solution strategies has worked so far, as there is:</span>
- <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>De- and reinstallation of Sode</span>
- <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>De- and reinstallation of affected sceneries</span>
- <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>SimConnect is installed</span>
- <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>The two status fields in the Platform Manager are green (registered, active)</span>
- <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE contains files and in particular the SimObjects folder with subfolders for all airports</span>
- <span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>The paths specified in the Platform Manager exist and contain data </span>
<span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>SODE has an entry in the P3D4-menue Options – Add-Ons, but not in Add-Ons. In the troubleshooting section of this forum I found that this might be a deeper problem with SimConnect, though the Platform Manager says that SimConnect = OK.</span>
Here I add the sode.log and simconnect.log, hope they can help to solve the problem.
Thanks for help!

Hi, since a few days I have a problem: At every Sode-supported airport there are suddenly no jetways to be seen. None of my solution strategies has worked so far, as there is:
- De- and reinstallation of Sode
- De- and reinstallation of affected sceneries
- SimConnect is installed
- The two status fields in the Platform Manager are green (registered, active)
- C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE contains files and in particular the SimObjects folder with subfolders for all airports
- The paths specified in the Platform Manager exist and contain data
SODE has an entry in the P3D4-menue Options – Add-Ons, but not in Add-Ons. In the troubleshooting section of this forum I found that this might be a deeper problem with SimConnect, though the Platform Manager says that SimConnect = OK.
Here I add the sode.log and simconnect.log, hope they can help to solve the problem.

23. March 2020 at 14:20 #388412bPilotKeymasterHey Norbert,
Thanks for the log. Have you solved the issue in the meantime?
Had a look at it and SODE does load the jetway SimObjects in the Paris area (LFPO and LFPG). So you even don’t see red X’s?

I solved that issue by de- and reinstalling the entire P3D v4. Lot of work, but now it is working well. I see that SODE entry in the P3D menue “Add-Ons” and I see all the jetways.
But I still have a question: Does it make a difference if I install SODE by the install file that comes with many third part addons or if I install it by Orbx Central?
Regards
Norbert

Glad to hear.
As to different installers: No, they are all the same, Orbx just uses a „silent“ mode of the regular SODE installer.
