Hi and thanks for the report.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t help me much in finding the issue.

Is the CTD repeatable? If so, could you provide a so called “mini-dump” file, when the sim crashes (I hope that Prepar3D.exe is still running in the task manager…)?

See a guide here on how to create such a mini-dump:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/931673/how-to-create-a-user-mode-process-dump-file-in-windows

Sorry but P3d does not show in task manager after crash, the CTD is repeatable 100% at EGLL, could it be the Jetway AI detection being swamped?  I have now disabled that and I do not seem to get the crash.

It surely has to do with AI, more specifically with the initiation of the jetway that docks to an AI aircraft. The AI detection routine is within SODE (exe) and this can’t crash the sim. The dll part of SODE (Animation Module) is able to crash the sim, since it’s an in-process dll.

The only thing the Animation Module does is triggering the jetway animation and sending synchronization signals to the exe. Now, the thing is to find what exactly causes the animation to crash…impossible without being able to reproduce the crash on my side, since I don’t have the scenery or your AI traffic package (UTLive?)

If all that you write is true, it does not surprise me that you have crashed.

    Take a close look:

    1) “I am having a problem with a CTD at aerosofts EGLL professional with p3dv4.”
    2) SODE protocol: “[10:32:03.724] INFO SODE.XML : xml File Found: UK2000 Heathrow Xtreme.xml!”

Do you notice something? You have installed 2 different scenarios at the same time for Heathrow Airport – EGLL – and apparently also active! Once Aerosoft Heathrow Professional – as you write at the beginning of this thread, and according to the SODE protocol also UK2000 Heathrow Xtreme.

THAT can not go well and is also the cause of your crashes. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with SODE.
I myself run the same configuration, P3D4.4 and SODE 1.64 and the Aerosoft Mega Airport London Heathrow Professional, without any problems.

Deactivate one of the two scenes and try again. I think it will work.

    Merry Christmas

Thanks for the help, UK2000 Heathrow was not installed but I found the xml file in the sode folder must of been from an old uk2000 install before I switched to Aerosoft. Hopefully that’s fixed it, thanks again.
