i installed sode with gsx on fsx but everytime i open sode window up, the program doesn’t show anything. There’s no register button or anything. It’s just a blank gray screen with the menu bar.

If a tool messes up that path in the registry, SODE Platform Manager will either display a wrong path or – like in your case – will not be able to read the path at all, thinking the sim is not installed -> blank screen. In C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\log, there is a file PLTMGR_DETECTION.log. This file contains some info for me what is being read from the registry and possibly why the detection failed.
Please post the contents of the log here.16. July 2018 at 22:08 #2752TheRealSLynxParticipantTrying to detect ‘FSX’

2. August 2018 at 08:17 #276112bPilotKeymasterSorry for the lengthy delay…
The FSX setup path seems to be broken or not existing in your registry. Try the Registry Repair Tool available here:
2. August 2018 at 22:58 #2768TheRealSLynxParticipantI found out the problem. FSX didn’t have a registry that SODE uses. So I added it myself and now it works. Thanks for the recommendations given to me.
