    Hello there,

i have some issues with SODE (actually it never really worked the way i wanted – well at least how i expected it to work):

Recently i bought LEVC and LEMG and shuttled from one to the other, realising that SODE is not working at all. When i arrived at LEVC at GATE 5, SODE only showed me 1-4 and Gate 6. So there was no possibility choosing Gate 5 – very odd. I unregistred SODE, registrered again and spawnt my B737 at GATE 4 this time, only to find out, that the Jetway is not able to dock properly because of being “out of rotation range” when it clearly isn’t.
I moved the airplane to the front, to the back, left and right and its just not working and very frustrating. Thought SODE was an amazing alternative to the STRG + J jetways due to better docking but since it does not dock properly i am tempted to stick to the STRG + J jetways…

    Thanks for reporting.

It seems that the creators of the airport changed the mappings of the parking position in their AFCAD data, but somehow forgot to reflect this in the SODE jetway placement xml file.
To have SODE work properly, the underlying AFCAD data and the SODE placement xml file must match!
In your case, when you spawned at (AFCAD) GATE 4, the outdated SODE xml file mapped that position to the Jetway for gate 5! No wonder that jetway is not able to reach your aircraft.

I have fixed the SODE jetway placement xml file with the correct mappings, you can download it here: http://sode.12bpilot.ch/fixes/LEVC/Latinwings_LEVC_Stands.zip

Let me know if this solves the problem for you.

Thank you very much for your quick response and sorry for answering so late but i was on vacation and just came back.

I will try the fix but i have no idea were to place it. :/
Excuse my “incompetence” in that matter!

The file should be installed to C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml, overwriting the existing one.
