Hi,
I’ve never been able to get SODE 1.6.3 working in p3dv4.2 for airports that have SODE. Worked fine in FSX.
Everything checks out 100% with the trouble shooting guide. 100%.
E.g. At Drzewiecki’s Tallinn there are no jetways except for static aircraft. Attached are SODE logs. It would be great if you could tell me how to get this working.

Were you able to solve this in the meantime? If not, could you provide another SODE.log which is not too big (maybe turn off DebugMode and AI Detection for a less cluttered log file). Thanks.

No, I’ve never even come close to getting this working.
How do I turn off DebugMode and AI detection? Yeah, I tried to attach the SODE.log to my first post but it was too large.

3. October 2018 at 05:47 #2897hipshotParticipantHi 12b,
I just found that SODE works at FS dream team airports.
It still does not work at Drzewiecki airports like Tallinn and Warsaw Chopin. At those, jetways appear only where there are static aircraft. There are no jetways at vacant terminal gates or at my aircraft.
I think the SODE.log attached this time.
Can you find a solution?

Seems to be related to these reports https://sode.12bpilot.ch/?topic=error-sode-fsloop-simconnect-exception-unrecognized-id-3
I have a potential fix for this, where SODE has tried to get access to aircraft data but the aircraft didn’t exist or wasn’t loaded completely.
14. October 2018 at 07:38 #2905hipshotParticipantOK. Have you made your potential fix available yet?
Richard
22. October 2018 at 12:51 #291312bPilotKeymasterNot yet, it will come with the next version due somewhen in November.

Thanks.

21. November 2018 at 12:43 #3055PilotOneParticipantI have installed EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport X from DrzewieckiDesign in P3D4.3 with the original setup file and everything runs smoothly.
All entries were made correctly. For functioning SODE jetways, the following files and folders must be present:
File 1: C: \ ProgramData \ 12bPilot \ SODE \ cfg \ DrzewieckiDesign.sdx
File 2: C: \ ProgramData \ 12bPilot \ SODE \ sdx \ DrzewieckiDesign \ EPWA_X.sdx (Jetway Placement)
File 3 C: \ Program Data \ 12bPilot \ SODE \ sdx \ DrzewieckiDesign \ DDWC_X.sdxFolder C: \ ProgramData \ 12bPilot \ SODE \ SimObjects \ DrzewieckiDesign_EPWA (Jetways)
Folder (optional) C: \ ProgramData \ 12bPilot \ SODE \ SimObjects \ DrzewieckiDesign_WCX (Trees)Please check that.
26. November 2018 at 02:52 #3069hipshotParticipantHi,
PilotOne,
Thanks for your help. There were no WCX Trees but everything else was there.
However, the good news is that I have just updated to P3D 4.3 and now EPWA Sode jetways are working but haven’t installed other Drzewiecki airports yet. Is 4.3 the reason it now works? I mentioned in my first post that at that time I had 4.2.
I now also have the brilliant FSDT GSX Level 2 which uses SODE. Could that be the reason it works now?
Anyway, problem finally solved.
