    I have tried to install numerous times without success.  Can anyone help?

    Hello,

    There are entries related to SODE in the dll.xml, exe.xml and simobjects.cfg files at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4.

    Sure thing is that SODE didn’t write into these files, because it uses the newer add-on.xml mechanism introduced in P3D 3.4. SODE does not use these config files anymore.

    So maybe some other (Migration?) tool wrote those entries into the various config files.

    If the SODEPlatformManager is not able to remove those faulty entries automatically, then you need to remove them manually from the mentioned files.
